- 70/30 split in your favour (rising to 75/25 once you bill £250,000) – ideal for remote working.
- 60/40 split in your favour (rising to 65/35 after £250,000) – includes a dedicated office desk.
- Work remotely, in-office, or hybrid – your choice.
- Set your own hours – no billing targets or rigid schedules.
- Manage your own caseload and income goals.
Support You Can Rely On
- Full accounts, invoicing, and admin support
- A dedicated Consultant Liaison Team for onboarding, training, and development
- Secure IT systems and advanced Case Management Software
- Marketing and digital support to grow your family law practice
About You
You’ll be an experienced Family Solicitor with expertise in areas such as:
- Divorce and financial remedy
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
You may already have an existing client base or the business development skills to build one. Most importantly, you’re a self-starter who wants to run your own practice with the backing of a modern, tech-driven legal brand.
