• 60/40 split in your favour (rising to 65/35 after £250,000) – includes a dedicated office desk.

• Set your own hours – no billing targets or rigid schedules.
• Manage your own caseload and income goals.

Support You Can Rely On

• Full accounts, invoicing, and admin support
• A dedicated Consultant Liaison Team for onboarding, training, and development

• Marketing and digital support to grow your family law practice

About You

You’ll be an experienced Family Solicitor with expertise in areas such as:

• Divorce and financial remedy
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

You may already have an existing client base or the business development skills to build one. Most importantly, you’re a self-starter who wants to run your own practice with the backing of a modern, tech-driven legal brand.
