Candidate Profile

The firm is looking for motivated, personable lawyers who are ready to grow their own practice in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Eligibility

  • Typically 8+ years PQE (6–7 years PQE considered with a strong following)
  • Qualified Solicitors preferred, though Legal Executives will also be considered
  • A proven client following or ability to generate work is essential (no fed-work model)
  • All practice areas are welcome except property

Earnings Potential

  • Average consultant bills around £130k annually
  • Several consultants bill £500k+
  • Bonus uplift: an additional 2.5% fee share on all billings once £150k is exceeded

Joining Process

  • Initial conversation with a senior partner
  • Interview with leadership
  • Submission of a business plan
  • No upfront fees are required (other than purchase of a secure laptop)
