Head of Consultant Services at Taylor Rose. We are seeking legal professionals to join our consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. The firm offers flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices, with the potential to earn up to 75% of your billings and retain control over your client base, fees, hours and volume of work. We also offer avenues for professionals wanting to be office-based, working as part of a team or with different qualification levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a consultant solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years PQE by joining our consultancy on a fee-sharing basis and delivering quality legal services to clients.


• Choose your own clients, fees, hours and volume of work.


• Collaborate with a dedicated liaison team and a technical head for operations, legal support and training.


• Utilise our fully optimised CMS and electronic systems and access business development resources.


• Maintain professional indemnity insurance (PII) coverage up to £20 million.


• Access nationwide offices and meeting rooms or work remotely as preferred.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE.
