Recruitment Director at Law Staff Legal Recruitment. Currently recruiting on a retained basis for high profile UK & international commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Join as a Consultant Solicitor on a non-salaried, profit-share basis (80/20; 60/40 in the London City office).
• Work from home with flexible hours and no requirement to attend office-based management meetings.
• Build and maintain a solid following of clients; leverage an established Legal 500 firm with access to national and international clients, HNW individuals, and global organisations.
• Operate on a self-employed basis with potential to maximise billable hours and achieve favorable financial outcomes based on client following.
• Be mindful that the 80% fee share is subject to status; the role requires a client following to offer the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, Senior Lawyers or ambitious Juniors with a solid, demonstrable following of clients.
• Experience across any area of legal practice, excluding Legal Aid matters, Childcare, Housing, Personal Injury and Crime matters.
