CONSULTANCY ROLE WITH LEGAL 100 FIRM! Fee share - non salaried - Client following

The Firm

It offers experienced solicitors with a solid following the opportunity to work with an established Legal 200 firm, with access to a wide range of national and international clients, including HNW individuals and global organisations, while providing the freedom, flexibility and financial benefits of being self‑employed.

The Consultant Solicitor Role

You will be joining on a non‑salaried, profit‑share basis. Working from home the financial split would be 70/30; if you would prefer to work in the London City office, located close to Moorgate tube, then the profit share would be 60/40.

Working as a Consultant Solicitor gives you the flexibility to plan your working hours, the freedom to take holidays to suit you, and your choice of location should you choose to work from home. With no commute and no requirement to attend office‑based management meetings, you could use those hours more profitably to maximize your billable hours or focus on a better work‑life balance. The financial benefits for someone with a following of 100k on a fee‑share basis could far outweigh what you could earn in a salaried role.

The Consultant Solicitor Candidate

Our client is looking for applications from Solicitors, Senior Lawyers or highly ambitious Juniors who have a solid, demonstrable following of clients. The Firm will consider any area of legal practice, excluding Legal Aid matters, Childcare, Housing, Personal Injury and Crime matters.
