Content Developer (Chemistry) - AI Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated content developer to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model.

Qualifications:

• Expert understanding of chemistry is preferred; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is desirable but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
