Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be partnering with a Top 100 national law firm, highly ranked in Legal 500 for Private Wealth Disputes. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a specialist contentious probate team. You’ll be acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and family businesses, across a range of high-value national and international disputes.

Caseload:

• Validity disputes over Wills
• Inheritance Act claims (1975 Act)
• Executor, administrator, trustee, and beneficiary disputes
• Interpretation and rectification of Wills and trusts
• Variation of Wills and trust structures
• Complex estate administration issues
• Deputyship issues, LPA disputes, and missing beneficiaries

You’ll be expected to:

• Work largely autonomously with support from Partners and the wider team
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
• Contribute to business development and client engagement
• Be comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performing team
