- Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be instrumental in driving and executing the business strategy.
- Management of change and process optimisation during implementation of a Data Warehouse and migration to ERP.
- Digitalisation of day-to-day business processes/approvals (e.g. HSEQ, site teams support).
- Full migration to SharePoint.
- Deployment of appropriate MS 365 apps and services, as appropriate.
- Engagement with third-party software developers, as appropriate.
- Review current business processes, identify areas for improvement and prioritise in accordance with business strategy and imperatives (including migration to ERP).
- Analyse, develop and implement business process improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver sustainable improvements (external partners might include third party solution providers and software developers).
- Training relevant staff on new processes.
- Model excellent behaviours, in relation to continuous improvement and change management.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 3-5 years previous experience in continuous improvement dealing with business operations, including ERP migration. The preferred candidate should have the ability to take ownership of change management, project management and analysis, relating to business processes, previous experience of design, development and implementation of improved business processes, supported by relevant digital tools is essential for the role. Excellent communications skills are essential for the role as you will be required to deal with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
