The preferred candidate should have the ability to take ownership of change management, project management and analysis, relating to business processes, previous experience of design, development and implementation of improved business processes, supported by relevant digital tools is essential for the role. Excellent communications skills are essential for the role as you will be required to deal with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
