Overview

Role Overview: Our Higher Education client requires 4 Business Analysts to support a major transformation programme (October 6th–Dec 2025).

The role is London-based 2 days per week (remote otherwise) and pays ~£450/day (Outside IR35). You’ll work closely with stakeholders to develop to-be processes, drawing on existing programme materials and training. This role is heavily process based, and will require a 'hit the ground running' attitude.

Focus areas include:

• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Research & Capital Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Proven Business Analyst experience in large transformation or ERP programmes
• Knowledge in at least one of the above functional areas
• Skilled in process mapping & documentation (Skore/Liberty Spark tool ideal but not essential)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables

Key Requirements

• Oracle Fusion knowledge and experience
• Experience around the key focus areas as listed above
• Extensive process mapping experience
• Ability to hit the ground running
• UPN experience
• Liberty Spark / Skore or similar tool
