Contract Manager – Healthcare Division (Facilities Management)

Essex (Epping, Rayleigh, Southend), Ilford, Hertford + Hybrid Options

Up to £55,000 + £5,500 Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in PFI contracts and multi-site management?

This is your opportunity to take on a senior leadership role managing five NHS sites (care homes and hospitals) while driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding hard FM services.

You’ll be the senior point of contact for all operational issues, leading a dedicated team and ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing hard FM services across 5 NHS sites (Essex, Ilford & Hertford)
• Leading and developing a team of 1 Service Manager, 4 Supervisors, and 6 multi-skilled operatives
• Ensuring full contract compliance with statutory regulations and KPIs/SLA requirements
• Conducting audits, managing risk, and implementing innovative solutions for service delivery
• Monitoring financial performance, managing contract costs, and delivering accurate reporting
• Attending client meetings and presenting service delivery performance
• Driving operational improvements and mentoring your team for long-term success

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing PFI contracts

Strong track record in multi-site contract management

Experience managing and developing in-house teams

Solid knowledge of hard FM services within healthcare environments
