Contract Senior Structural Engineer – Surveying and Inspections

Location: London

Contract Length: 6 months, immediate start

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Hourly Rate: up to ~£50 p/h (dependent on experience)

Role responsibilities include:

• Conducting surveys and inspections
• Carrying out building safety reports
• Performing general defect surveys

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Chartered status or close to being chartered would be advantageous

Hybrid working conditions can be offered: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. All applicants must live within easy commuting distance of Central London.
