Contracts Technician - Agents and Introducers

This is a part-time remote-based role requiring 18.5 hours per week. Hours are flexible within Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm.

Purpose of the Role: This role joins the Counterparty Contracts team to deliver effective and compliant onboarding and ongoing management of Agent/Introducer relationships, including onboarding oversight, ongoing due diligence, and responding to business and regulatory changes impacting trading agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new agents/introducers including reviewing requested documentation, performing due diligence and obtaining relevant approvals from internal key stakeholders.
  • Address agent/introducer queries from internal and external sources (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, company name changes, address changes, and network member amendments).
  • Arrange cancellation of agent/introducer ToBAs in line with FCA guidelines and Group procedures.
  • Produce reports to feed management information to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective controls to ensure all agents/introducers comply with regulatory standards, Group-wide policies and processes, and are not a financial risk (including regulatory and financial monitoring).
  • Use external applications to manage and administer the agent/introducer database.
  • Support and control any necessary agent/introducer tasks in relation to Group mergers and acquisitions.

Who we are looking for

We are ideally seeking someone with previous experience in a financial, insurance, compliance or legal role who is organised, confident, motivated, with a keen eye for detail. You will be proactive, focused, with a positive customer service attitude, and able to work under pressure while demonstrating integrity and assertiveness. Excellent communication skills, initiative, adaptability and resourcefulness are required.
