This is a part-time role, requiring 18.5 hours per week. Flexibility is available within Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Purpose of the Role

This remote-based opportunity involves joining our Counterparty Contracts team, managing an expanding portfolio. The role focuses on onboarding and managing Agent/Introducer relationships, including due diligence, compliance, and responding to regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new agents/introducers, review documentation, perform due diligence, and obtain approvals.
• Handle queries related to mergers, company changes, and amendments.
• Arrange cancellations of agent/introducer ToBAs following FCA guidelines.
• Produce reports for management feedback.
• Maintain controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and financial monitoring.
• Use external applications for database management.
• Support tasks related to mergers and acquisitions.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in financial, insurance, compliance, or legal roles. They should be organized, confident, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and integrity.
