Overview

Conveyancing Paralegal role in a London-based premium law firm. They seek candidates with extensive experience and deep expertise in commercial and/or residential conveyancing, covering freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, new builds, help-to-buy schemes, and shared ownership. The ideal applicant will have a proven ability to manage transactions from initial enquiry to post-completion, demonstrating a commercial mindset and strong communication skills.

Job Requirements

• At least two years of experience handling commercial and/or residential property transactions.
• Proven ability to manage demanding workloads and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Experience in efficiently managing high volumes of transactions.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to perform under pressure while consistently meeting targets.
• Work-from-home available after six months.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle own caseload with supervision while delivering exceptional legal services to clients.
• Engage with clients, offer practical advice, and take instructions.
• Provide legal guidance on relevant laws and issues concerning their cases.
• Prepare tailored property legal documentation, letters, and contracts to meet clients’ specific needs.
• Stay informed about legal developments and changes to ensure up-to-date expertise.
