This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and provide analysis of financial results to support decision-making. You will also assist senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets and manage two direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
- Develop and report on financial forecasts, including cash, P&L, and balance sheet metrics.
- Prepare historical analysis by project, including KPI’s and variance comparisons.
- Manage a team of two direct reports.
- Conduct area reviews for projects and work with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.
Candidate Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
- Experience in a business-facing finance role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
