Highly successful practice is looking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to its established team. All applications considered, but the role is expected to appeal to candidates with 2-7 years PQE.

The team provides services to a varied client base including larger corporates, SMEs, family businesses, partnerships, professionals, and entrepreneurs. The work involves a variety of instructions such as:

• Start-ups (corporate formations, partnerships, LLP conversions)
• Corporate Transactions (mergers, acquisitions, share distributions)
• Restructuring, Business Finance, and Equity issues
• Terms of Business
• Commercial Agreements (supply, IT, franchise, data privacy)
• Franchise Agreements and Joint Ventures

The firm seeks pragmatic and commercially astute individuals who are interested in understanding their clients' businesses and working closely with colleagues in Employment, Real Estate, and Litigation to provide comprehensive services. The role involves business development and networking, ideal for those interested in a client-facing position and building business links.
