You will be positive, driven professional, have a client focused approach and a great team player.About the team you will be joiningThe Corporate and Commercial department specialise in providing advice and assistance to owner-managed small and medium sized enterprises from start up to disposal and throughout their lifespan.They have a partner led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure which helps to develop junior members of the team and allocation of work to the right level.The department features in the top tier rankings for our region in the 2025edition of Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.What will I be doing?You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients, advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters including: commercial agreements, intellectual property, GDPR and supply agreements.
