• You will support the business on a range of client matters.
• Reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Document and workflow management.
• Communicating with and managing external counsel.

About you

• Solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
• Strong academic credentials.
• 4+ years PQE, with relevant training and experience gained in private practice or in-house.
• Consistently strives to deliver first-class service to clients.
• Task-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized, proactive, diligent, and capable of managing a diverse and complex workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
