We are currently supporting a specialist challenger bank with the recruitment of a Corporate Relationship Director to join their growing Corporate Banking team. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with large-scale agricultural businesses “beyond the farm gate” – including food producers, processors, packagers, and businesses across the integrated agri-food supply chain.

The Opportunity

• Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients in the agricultural sector
• Provide tailored lending solutions across commercial lending, cashflow, and sustainable finance.
• Act as a trusted partner, understanding clients’ growth ambitions and delivering innovative funding options.
• Work closely with colleagues in Corporate Banking to shape the future of high-value agriculture finance.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in corporate/commercial lending within agriculture or food/agri-businesses.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and manage complex lending relationships.
• Strong sector knowledge of farming, agriculture agri-food, packaging, or processing – ideally with existing corporate networks although this isn\u2019t essential.
• A relationship-driven approach with a track record of supporting business growth.
