What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a high-calibre Corporate Sales Manager who brings both maturity and commercial edge. You’ll be confident engaging CEOs, MDs, and C-suite decision-makers across high-net-worth, SME, FTSE, and blue-chip environments, with the ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results. This is more than a membership sales role – we’re looking for someone who has successfully operated in the private sector, understands B2B relationship-building, and can leverage partnerships to generate growth and retention. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, and consultative – able to inspire confidence and build long-term relationships. Commercially minded and strategic, with proven success selling to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. Motivated and driven, yet professional and measured, with the maturity to represent a respected, high-profile organisation. Experienced in selling intangible services or membership propositions to both small and large businesses. You’ll play a central role in an organisation with big plans for 2026, where your impact will be visible and valued.
The Role
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the growth of the membership base, through the design and delivery of a high-performing business development strategy. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting new members—working alongside the Membership Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding and long-term relationship. It is a commercially focused role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery to meet ambitious acquisition targets.

Person Specification
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in a B2B or membership context.
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills at senior and C-suite level.
Confident managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, and performance reporting.
Commercial acumen and the ability to align member needs with organisational value.
Experience working cross-functionally to deliver strategic goals and meet performance targets.
Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to spot opportunities to add value and pre-empt member issues.
Creative and commercially aware, with a collaborative approach to developing and improving member-facing processes.
