About the role

This role is internally known as Corporate Real Estate Surveyor.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Real Estate Surveyor to join the Corporate Real Estate team at NFU Mutual, managing our UK-wide occupied/leasehold portfolio across various asset classes including offices and retail.

The successful candidate will implement NFU Mutual’s property portfolio strategy, managing the lifecycle of properties from lease acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess space requirements, manage costs, and oversee external providers such as agents and legal advisors.

This diverse role involves supporting short-term and one-off projects, covering many aspects of general practice surveying. It is a hybrid position with 30% homeworking and the rest based in regional offices (Stratford-upon-Avon, Bristol, York, Glasgow, Belfast) and travel across the UK.
