Court of Protection Senior Associate

In this role, you'll take the lead on complex Court of Protection cases, working closely with clients, families and professional partners. You'll have the chance to manage high-value deputyship matters, advise on best interests decisions, and contribute to the growth of a respected and expanding team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing complex deputyship and trust cases, including budget planning and statutory will applications
• Working closely with clients who have received substantial compensation awards, alongside our Clinical Negligence team
• Supporting and developing junior team members to build a strong, knowledgeable department
• Leading on business development, networking and maintaining strong professional relationships

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in Court of Protection work
• Confidence in handling high-value cases and making complex best interests decisions
• Knowledge of deputyship, safeguarding and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to team growth
• Experience preparing expert reports on costs (desirable but not essential)
