Creative Brand Director
Location notice: This position is based in Bulgaria, Germany, the UK, Denmark, and the Czech Republic, with remote/hybrid options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.
Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Ownership
- Drive the evolution of brand strategy to align with business goals, market position, and audience needs.
- Monitor brand perception using tools like Brandwatch and competitive analysis; produce actionable insight reports.
- Lead brand-level campaigns and initiatives from concept through execution to performance analysis.
- Adapt brand positioning, messaging, and assets for emerging markets, product categories, and diverse audience segments.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure alignment with evolving strategy and market relevance.

Creative Direction & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide creative direction for major brand and marketing initiatives, including product launches, growth campaigns, events, and brand awareness efforts.
- Lead the ongoing development and evolution of Chaos’ brand identity.
- Hands-on creation of core brand assets including logos, design systems, and key campaign visuals, ensuring strategic alignment and visual appeal.
- Partner with content/copywriting to craft messaging aligned with tone of voice and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with design and 3D teams to develop visual assets across digital, print, and immersive formats.
- Work with the video team to shape storytelling concepts and branded video content.
- Manage and collaborate with external creative agencies and partners.

Team Leadership & Brand Operations
- Lead, mentor, and support team members across brand and creative functions; foster a high-performing culture.
- Directly manage the merchandising and digital asset management (DAM) team; ensure assets reflect the brand identity and are accessible and consistently utilized.
- Oversee timelines, workflows, and production schedules for brand campaigns; partner with PMs or producers as needed.
- Scale brand operations by developing toolkits, playbooks, and internal brand training resources.
- Develop scalable processes and tools to streamline asset creation, approval, and distribution.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets related to brand production and asset management.
- Champion adoption of brand tools across global teams to maximize efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all materials meet standards and legal/compliance requirements.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Design, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of recent experience in brand strategy development and execution, with a strong focus on measurable brand-level campaigns.
- Strong design background with the ability to develop brand identities.
- Deep understanding of Chaos’ industries—3D visualization, AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), and M&E (Media & Entertainment)—including customer needs and market dynamics.
- Understanding of Chaos’ products, markets, and customer base; active use of products is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate market and competitor research into actionable brand strategies and compelling campaigns.
- Experience leading brand initiatives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
- Strong creative leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency with brand monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch), DAM systems, and creative software.
- Excellent project management capabilities for complex brand campaigns.
- English communication skills; ability to craft and present clear brand narratives.
- Detail-oriented with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance across touchpoints.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving, global teams.
