Role: Technical Client Success Manager (CRM Integrations)

Location: London - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH and flex hours

An award-winning EdTech startup in Shoreditch is looking for a Client Technical Specialist to take the lead on CRM integrations and client success. They’ve grown fast driving 40M impressions annually and signing up 1 in 5 UK students every year and this role will put you right at the centre of that growth, helping higher education clients connect seamlessly with their platform.

This is a chance to step into a role that blends technical implementation with client management. You’ll be the main contact for educational clients as you manage end-to-end CRM integrations, work with product and development teams on new connectors, and ensure data quality, compliance and smooth reporting. You’ll also be responsible for supporting client campaigns, providing insights and building relationships that last.

This isn’t a role where you’re tucked away on the technical side and is not a sales role. It’s about being both the problem-solver and the face of the platform for your clients, making sure integrations run smoothly and clients feel supported. You’ll work closely with sales and campaign teams, and you’ll also get the chance to feed directly into how the product evolves.

So, if you have experience in:

  • Leading end-to-end CRM integrations (field mapping, implementation, testing, go-live)
  • Acting as the main contact for technical client queries and third-party app integrations
  • Managing client campaigns independently from start to finish
  • Ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance, with accurate reporting and insights
  • Collaborating with product and development teams to improve integration processes

And have:

  • At least 3 years’ software implementation or client management experience in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, APIs, webhooks and data integration concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • A confident, professional approach with clients and partners
  • The ability to build strong client relationships and thrive in a KPI-driven environment

Then we want to speak with you - and so will they!

This is a role that gives you variety, visibility, and the chance to be part of a business that’s making a big impact in the education space. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, offers hybrid working, generous holidays, and a fantastic culture.
