Our industry-leading client is seeking a CRM Manager to join their well-established team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails.
2. Enhance the current email strategy, focusing on personalization and automation.
3. Collaborate with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop assets and email content.
4. Build, brief, proof, test, and commission campaigns within the email platform.
5. Conduct regular A/B testing and review sales reports and email analytics.

Requirements:

• CRM experience, ideally with Hubspot (not essential).
• Experience with CRM ESPs, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.
