The Role:
This is a brand new role with a truly impressive agency that boasts an even more impressive client list, working with internationally renowned brands across the food & drink industry. With big plans and big projects ahead, there’s never been more exciting time to join their growing team as they look to expand their service offering and add more resource and expertise into an already high performing team, delivering high-performance lifecycle journeys that improve conversion, boost ROI and support smart, measurable growth.
You will be the subject matter expert in CRM infrastructure and execution, taking full ownership to manage and grow the existing Hubspot ecosystem and expand its use across the business. This role blends technical knowledge, marketing automation, data-driven thinking and creative collaboration to help drive deeper engagement across every stage of the marketing funnel.
Required Experience:
- To be considered you must first and foremost have demonstrable expertise in deploying, configuring and managing Hubspot and Marketing Hub.
- B2B lead nurturing and lifecycle comms strategies, designing and delivering high-impact lifecycle journeys across the full funnel - awareness, consideration and conversion;
- Setting up and managing HubSpot workflows, lists, lead scoring, forms and email campaigns;
- Building and optimising customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalisation;
- Campaign automation from brief to reporting: journey planning, testing, deployment and performance analysis;
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (websites, forms, tracking tools).
- AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gemini, HubSpot AI) to accelerate campaign planning, content creation, testing and analysis.
- Collaboration, adaptability and proactivity are all absolutely essential; you've come here to make a real impact so you'll need to have a hands-up, can do attitude with a true desire to make a difference and add measurable value to your team and your clients.
