Position Overview
As our CRM Manager for the UK Market, you’ll sit within the central CRM team and report directly to the CRM Director. You’ll own and deliver a best-in-class, multi-channel CRM strategy (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite Notifications) to keep our players delighted and engaged. You\'ll work closely with the UK Country Manager to ensure every campaign is aligned with our commercial goals, whilst making the most of automation, segmentation, and player insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive the local CRM strategy with full ownership - from planning to execution - whilst aligning with UK business goals and compliance requirements.
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance, ensuring ROI is maximised and customer value is continuously increasing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers and content creators to craft communications that are timely, relevant and impactful.
- Scale campaigns through automation and micro-segmentation, unlocking personalisation without losing efficiency.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach, using A/B testing to optimise both incentivised and non-incentivised comms.
- Stay on top of local regulation and keep an eye on what competitors are doing - so we’re always ahead of the game.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CRM/ Retention/ Lifecycle Marketing role within the UK market in the online iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Optimove, or similar).
- Experience building automated journeys and multi-channel lifecycle campaigns at scale.
- A love for data - you're confident interpreting campaign results and turning insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - you can translate strategy into action across teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
- You are familiar & comfortable navigating the UKGC marketing compliance.
