Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry is essential, preferably for a luxury travel company or an experienced senior executive aiming to advance. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
• Develop and implement organic social media content strategies.
• Track and report KPIs.

Skills Required:

• Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally luxury travel.
• Proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills.
