Position: CRM Project Coordinator
Reports To: CRM Project Lead
Works Closely With: Tech Team, Partner firm contacts, Functional Leads
Location: Technology Function, Central Services Team
Hybrid, Greater London Area South / Home Counties
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (pro rata for contract)

TC Group uses FibreCRM which is being rolled out globally.
The CRM Project Coordinator would be experienced in managing and coordinating tech projects, able to understand the goal of the project to coordinate and guide the stakeholders to implement a fully operational project by the end of 2025, with a possibility of extension into 2026.
The CRM Project Coordinator would be accountable to the CRM Project Lead for a range of tasks to ensure reliable delivery of the project, including:
- Tracking project progress
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Booking meetings
- Recording actions and decisions
- Documentation
- Providing progress updates
- Maintaining Risk Log
- Maintaining Issues Log
- Liaison with tech team for successful transition into BAU support
- Chasing delivery
- Adjusting Project plan
- Tracking costs
- Tracking benefits
- Preparing communications and updates for the Steering Team and other stakeholder groups
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- A track record of managing successful IT projects
- Experience working in large groups with many stakeholders
- Experience managing software roll-out projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated team player, able to organise own workload with minimal supervision, delivering to schedules and reporting progress
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
The role is key to ensuring activities and resources are aligned to the highlighted areas. Knowledge of CRM systems is helpful but not essential; a detail-oriented approach to tracking is crucial.

- Effective operation of CRM and resolution of operational issues
- High quality data, clear processes, and high adoption levels
- Partner satisfaction scores and feedback
- Successful CRM initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget
- Quality and accuracy of CRM reporting and insights
