Paragon Alpha are partnered with a $30 billion Quant Hedge Fund. As part of broader growth plans going into 2026, they are hiring a Senior Quant Developer as part of their Crypto Trading team. You will be central to the architecting of their trading infrastructure, directing the tech stack used across the desk. You will directly engage with an elite team of Traders and PMs to automate and support global trading, coordinating with senior leaders to ensure their strategies are a success. This is a firm that takes pride in the use of cutting edge tech, and you will leverage this to achieve high-quality, seamless crypto trading.

Tech Stack

Python, Rust or C++, CI/CD, Linux

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide the trading infrastructure within the Crypto Trading team.
• Direct the tech stack used across the desk and coordinate with Traders, PMs and senior leaders.
• Automate and support global crypto trading strategies to achieve high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Senior Quant Developer experience within hedge funds or finance.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust and Linux; CI/CD experience.
