CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER - IMMEDIATE START
Location: United Kingdom
We seek an Email account manager with a minimum of 2 years agency experience in the e-commerce space.
Content Creation:
Develop content calendars for clients by the first week of the month, ensuring approval by the client. Include all content created for clients, whether it’s email, SMS, or other services.
Data Analysis:
Conduct data analysis for Klaviyo and Shopify accounts to understand your clients better.
Quality Control:
Perform final quality checks before sharing emails with clients and scheduling them.
Share content with QA before client review and address any issues.
Email Management:
Troubleshoot any account issues.
com and storing all content in Dropbox daily.
Account Maintenance:
Maintain clean accounts by archiving (never deleting) inactive flows/campaigns. Regular checks will be conducted to ensure accounts are tidy.
