You’ll be responsible for delivering budgeted sales, building strategic partnerships, and executing promotional and brand plans across key wholesale and end-user accounts

Role Purpose
As a Customer Account Manager in our Foodservice Wholesale team, you’ll support the Senior Customer Business Manager in managing public sector accounts. You’ll be responsible for delivering budgeted sales, building strategic partnerships, and executing promotional and brand plans across key wholesale and end-user accounts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with prioritised wholesale customers
- Manage sales forecasts and deliver volume, revenue, and listing targets
- Lead promotional planning and execution, ensuring alignment with pricing policies
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing to deliver brand and NPD launch plans
- Build strong relationships with key wholesale contacts and public sector end users
- Manage internal systems and ensure accurate financial tracking
- Deliver regular performance reviews and support wider team projects
Essential:
- Strong commercial awareness and P&L management experience
- Proven ability in solution-based selling and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales systems
- Experience in foodservice sales or FMCG
- Strong planning, organisational and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset
