Job Description

Freightserve Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive for an Airline GSA based in the Heathrow area.

Role:

Manage the day-to-day customer service activities for a key airline, ensuring smooth operational flow, monitoring, and recording all reservations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the complete end-to-end booking process.
  2. Act as the main interface with UK freight forwarders, overseas offices, interline partners, GHAs, and other company offices.
  3. Keep in-house and airline systems up to date, including full data capture.
  4. Oversee pre-bookings.
  5. Act as the main contact through customer calls and emails.
  6. Handle pricing inquiries and rates.
  7. Follow up on sales leads and pursue potential new business.
  8. Manage capacity control and priorities.
  9. Respond to requests for tracking information and post-flight updates.
  10. Handle customer complaints and service issues.
  11. Provide booking lists to GHAs and pre-alert outstations.
  12. Oversee trucking to ensure smooth transit.

Skills & Experience:

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1730.

Hybrid working is offered.
