Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: London / Remote

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A Customer Service Manager is required for one of our clients to be based in London.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with management in the implementation of policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and procedures.
  3. Provide reports as required.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via email and over the telephone.
  5. Manage all associated administration tasks.

Requirements and Attributes:

  1. Proactive approach to problem solving with a positive attitude.
  2. Performance, achievement, and results-driven mindset.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.
  4. Data analysis skills.
  5. Good online eCommerce sense.
