Location: London / Remote
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
A Customer Service Manager is required for one of our clients to be based in London.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management in the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and procedures.
- Provide reports as required.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and over the telephone.
- Manage all associated administration tasks.
Requirements and Attributes:
- Proactive approach to problem solving with a positive attitude.
- Performance, achievement, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.
- Data analysis skills.
- Good online eCommerce sense.
