Customer Solutions Architect - London, UK

We are representing this exciting opportunity on behalf of our client, a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company that is defining the future of software development. They are the mission control for autonomous software engineering agents — delivering next-generation developer tooling with demonstrated productivity gains for global enterprises.

The Role

Drive technical success for European enterprise customers using cutting-edge AI development infrastructure. Architect solutions that transform how thousands of developers work, ensuring seamless adoption from proof-of-concept through enterprise-wide deployment.

The Package

• Equity grant: 2,993-3,920 shares (subject to vesting schedule)
• Fully remote (UK candidates only)
• London, UK location for customer proximity

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with Fortune 500 engineering teams across finance, pharma, and insurance
• Design and implement AI-powered development solutions at enterprise scale
• Drive automation adoption that makes development teams exponentially more productive
• Own the technical relationship from initial deployment through renewal and expansion

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles (post-sales/solutions preferred)
• Experience with enterprise software implementations
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• London, UK based (or commuting distance) for occasional on-site customer visits
• Existing UK work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
