- Engage in business and technical conversations at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
About you
- Customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing a Book of Business, KPIs, risk, forecasting, and growth.
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and onboard clients effectively.
- Proficiency in light video editing using Synthesia platform.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
