Overview
TalentCo are partnering with a mission-led, seed-stage startup to hire their first dedicated Customer Success Manager. Our VC-backed client is tackling a critical issue in an underserved space, ensuring that their clients’ employees and their families receive the crucial, life-changing support they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Drive retention and expansion by proactively managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
- Be the first hire in Customer Success, building the function from the ground up and shaping best practices as they scale.
- Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on industry trends and the company’s offering.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to refine the customer journey and ensure a seamless post-sale experience.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a Customer Success role within another SaaS startup, who has managed enterprise accounts, built scalable processes, and proactively identified opportunities to drive retention and expansion. You are keen to be hands-on, commercially minded and thrive in an early-stage environment where you can make a direct impact.
