The Role

As a Customer Success Manager (Growth Strategist), you’ll sit within the Client Services pod, leading strategic conversations with senior marketers post-sale. You’ll act as the client-side marketing expert—reviewing campaign performance, surfacing ROI-led insights, and shaping renewals and upsells. You’ll be the bridge between delivery and outcomes, ensuring every campaign drives retention, expansion, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead mid-flight and end-of-campaign reviews with marketing contacts (CMOs, Demand Gen Leads, agency partners)
  • Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and attribution data to recommend optimisations
  • Translate data into ROI stories and industry benchmark comparisons that justify expansion
  • Partner with Sales on upsell/renewal proposals, shaping cross-sell opportunities post-sale
  • Ensure tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations are set up correctly from day one
  • Help clients interpret dashboards and connect performance to business outcomes
  • Act as the conduit for product feedback, sharing client insights with Sales Ops and Product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in B2B marketing or demand generation (SaaS, tech, or agency)
  • Marketing fluency: attribution, ROAS, buyer group mapping, nurture flows, and tech stack knowledge
  • Experience influencing senior marketing stakeholders as a peer, not just a delivery partner
  • Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive upsell/renewal growth through performance data
  • Skilled in HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and attribution tools
  • Exceptional communicator, resilient, and outcome-focused
