The Opportunity

Join a growing team as Customer Success Manager, taking full ownership of the enterprise customer experience. You will be the champion for your clients and responsible for onboarding, retention, and expansion across a portfolio valued at c.£800k ARR. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Customer Success function and work closely with founders and a lean, ambitious team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management, ideally within SaaS, HR-tech, or employee solutions environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise accounts (£100k+, multiple stakeholders, executive-level engagement).
  • Proven ability to manage renewals, drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Skilled at balancing a high-value book of business alongside supporting smaller SMB accounts, with creative strategies for scalable engagement.
  • Experience in using data-driven processes and platforms (Vitally, HubSpot; SQL or data analysis is a plus) to interpret client health and drive strategy.
  • Adaptable, autonomous, and commercially-minded, ready to build best practices where few processes exist, and energised by ownership and the chance to make a real impact.

The Package

  • Base salary of £50k–£60k plus quarterly commissions (c.£8k OTE) plus shares.
