Overview
Customer Success Manager role at Solink (United Kingdom – Remote). Reports to Matt Brown, VP of Customer Success. Type: Permanent | Full-Time.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the go-to-market team to onboard, educate and ensure value delivery for new and existing customers.
- Own your book of business as a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders inside accounts and internally.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on business priorities, roadmap, adoption and best practices.
- Drive retention and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
- Manage client escalations quickly and effectively.
- Monitor product adoption and engagement.
- Provide exceptional service that turns customers into advocates.
- Build an in-depth knowledge base about industries served and share best practices via playbooks.
- Foster relationships with a network of Solink teammates within accounts.
- Teach clients to be self-sufficient and influence product adoption.
- Assist in pre-sales activity to drive value and adoption when needed.
What You Bring
Must-Have:- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management in SaaS.
- Proven track record with account plan strategies and managing executive client expectations.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent English communication skills (written, reading, speaking).
- Revenue-motivated with a consultative approach.
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and be highly relationship-driven.
- Proactive and empathetic to customer needs; customer-focused with a desire to help customers succeed.
- Willingness to become an expert on Solink to drive adoption; collaborative and team-focused.
- Ability to take initiative from inception to completion.
- Technical savvy related to networking, scripting, and SaaS cloud architecture.
- Working knowledge of Asset Protection, security or Loss Prevention.
- Experience with security camera systems; hospitality or retail industry experience.
- Multi-lingual proficiency (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Russian).

- Candidates must undergo a criminal records check on hire.
- Be a British citizen or eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Willing to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards.
