Role Overview

As our new Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for our web agency customers, guiding them from onboarding through to renewal. You’ll manage a large number of accounts ensuring each client gets maximum value from our product.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who is in the earlier stages of their career and eager to grow further in SaaS and the digital agency space.
