We have an opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Newbury.
This is a full-time permanent role with a mix of home and office working.
The starting salary is £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
The Role:
As a Customer Support Advisor in our Customer Management Centre, you'll provide administrative responses to customer queries, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with colleagues across the business.
This is a varied and busy role where you will deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.
