About the Role
Are you a people person with a keen interest in design and helping others? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team full-time. No previous experience in customer support or design is needed — just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Your main role will be to assist our clients, answer their questions, and make sure they have a great experience with Flip Graphics.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding promptly to customer queries via email, chat, or phone
• Assisting clients with orders, design requests, and troubleshooting issues
• Working closely with our design and production teams to resolve problems
• Collecting feedback to help us improve our services
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updates

Our Interview Process
