The role and what you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for cyber security and service excellence? At Littlefish, we’re looking for a Cyber Operations Manager to join our Cyber division and play a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused cyber services.
You’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of cyber services across key accounts, ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our CSOC Manager and Cyber Leadership Team to align resources, drive service quality, and support the implementation of best practices.
You will be:
- Leading the delivery of Cyber Services in line with contractual commitments and SLAs
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust
- Managing service governance, reporting, and risk treatment plans
- Supporting cyber service transitions and project delivery
- Driving continuous improvement and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure effective resource allocation
- Contributing to the wider success of the Cyber division as part of the leadership team
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a service delivery or cyber operations leadership role
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service delivery methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- Financial acumen and a focus on efficiency and value
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Defender solutions, and security best practices
- Experience managing projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, firewalls, VPNs, proxies
- Understanding of defence-in-depth and attack vector protection
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)
- Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS integrations and cloud security
