Co-Founder & Microsoft BizApps, Dynamics 365, MS365 Recruitment Specialist

Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

Location - UK Remote with occasional client visits

As a Solution Architect, you’ll design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You’ll be involved in both pre-sales and project delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, technical expertise, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll contribute to client work, product development, and support sales efforts. Success in this role depends on being a strong communicator, a proactive team player, and someone who can work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tenders and support pre-sales activities
• Deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concepts
• Lead client workshops and define solution architecture
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams
• Ensure solutions follow company standards
• Support product development and roadmap planning
• Advise on infrastructure (cloud and on-premise)
• Stay up to date with Microsoft certifications and technologies
• Share knowledge and lessons learned across the team
• Continuously develop your technical skills
• Help achieve company goals through innovation and delivery

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Business Central) and Power Platform
• Experience with Azure, Office 365, and Power BI
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
• Proven experience in consulting, business analysis, and pre-sales
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable managing relationships via phone, email, and in person
