Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Are you ready to take ownership of solution design and delivery in the Microsoft ecosystem? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to join a leading Microsoft Partner and play a key role in shaping Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.

Why this role?

You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from running discovery workshops and producing solution architecture, to supporting pre-sales with tenders, demos, and proof of concepts. Acting as the design authority, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure scalable, effective solutions.

This role offers a varied mix of billable client delivery, pre-sales activity, and product development input, giving you scope to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Run client workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Produce architecture, functional and technical documentation
• Support pre-sales with presentations, demos, and tender responses
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies, maintain certifications, and share knowledge with colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 (CE and/or Business Central) and Power Platform solutions
• Strong consulting skills: requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management
• Understanding of Azure, Office 365 and Power BI
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, data migrations, and release management
