D365 CE Technical Consultant (Junior to Mid-Level)

About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented D365 CE Consultant with 1–4 years of experience to join our growing Microsoft Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to a diverse range of clients. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and support—while working alongside experienced consultants and developers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 CE solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other consultants
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM
• Understanding of core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210) are desirable but not essential
