The Role

The Technical Consultant role is your opportunity to extend Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in ways that are otherwise considered a limitation of the native product. By providing your expertise in building custom extensions, you will be supporting our clients to help our solutions get ever closer to meeting their bespoke business process needs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE solutions in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Journeys (Marketing) and Field Service
  • Continuous development of skills within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
  • Delivery of low‑code plugins and/or PCF controls within Power Apps
  • Solution validation inside and outside of Dynamics 365 CE, challenging the customer and teammates alike and being able to identify when other alternatives may be more suitable
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Certification in at least one "Fundamentals" Microsoft exam in Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
  • A practical knowledge of technical Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to ensure safe delivery of newly coded solutions in enterprise‑scale environments
  • Certification in PL‑300: Power Platform Developer or another advanced developer‑based exam within Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
  • Full understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies to set you up for success within Ingentive’s BUILT methodology
  • Past experience in managing backlogs of requirements within Azure DevOps
