Job Description:

We are seeking a D365 F&SCM Application Support/Consultant to join a global end-user organization based in Liverpool. The role offers a hybrid working model (1-2 days on-site per week) and a salary up to £55,000.

The successful candidate will support a growing user base (from 300 to 600 users) following their recent Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. The company is expanding by acquiring another firm, leading to the development of a D365 Hub.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a key member of a collaborative team, providing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of their D365 F&O environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide 1st to 3rd line support for D365 F&SCM users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Manage support tickets and document system changes.
• Understand and analyze business processes and system requirements.
• Configure workflows, approval processes, and security roles.
• Support testing, updates, patches, and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with end-users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.

Ideal candidate profile:

• 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O.
• Strong knowledge of SCM & Finance modules.
• Experience with sales orders, invoicing, credit control, procurement, inventory, sales, warehouse management, and production.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
