We are seeking an innovative and motivated Data Analyst to be responsible for turning large and complex data sets into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

In Return, We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• The ability to work as a team member and leader in a complex technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
• Experience of designing data analysis solutions that drive commercial value for the business.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL, BI development lifecycles, and relevant data analysis technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with the creation of analytical solutions and comfortable working with complex data sets.
• Experience in creating data visualisation content in Excel, Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build solid relationships across all levels of the business.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

What would I be doing as a Data Analyst at 4Com?

• Working directly with C-Level executives to agree a portfolio of data analysis projects which drive commercial value for the business.
• Gathering and preparing data from multiple sources and build analytical solutions which deliver growth opportunities for the O2 Daisy group.
• Confidently interpret and analyse the solutions you have produced and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business improvement opportunities.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, forecast performance, and identify actionable opportunities.
• Leveraging data available from 3rd party vendors which can be used to improve analytical outputs.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
